Michel Lévy

As founder and leader of the firm, with an industrial background, Michel brings his expertise in technology transfer, operating strategy for innovation and I.P. engineering.

As a senior consultant, Michel supports our clients and partners for the diagnosis and the definition of development strategies based on economic and financial valuation of industrial property and know-how.

Thanks to their experience, Michel and his team have developed “the valuation consultancy”. This complimentary service of great added value has been set up for SMI/SME managers and other project leaders to address their questions related to the innovation process.

Michel is a frequent speaker in conferences organized by clusters, professional organisations, Chambers of Commerce, where he talks about I.P. valuation strategy.

Michel is also in charge of negociations related to technology transfers and patent assignments.


Anne Lévy

A graduate of law in Industrial Property and of CEIPI (International Center for Intellectual Property Studies), Anne also graduated from business school. Having worked for several years in a consulting firm in innovation valuation with an international specialisation , Anne has acquired a solid experience in negotiation and drafting of operating agreements and other types of partnership agreements related to international property, in France and abroad.

Anne also provides her expertise in dealing with out of court or judicial settlements related to industrial property rights.


Elise Deliau

Holder of a Masters degree from European Business School Paris, Elise worked during four years in a consulting firm specializing in issues of assets financial valuation, Mergers & Acquisitions and raising funds. She completed her experience as editor of research files for SMIs / SMEs, which enabled her to grasp the strategic patterns of business development. Elise now takes part in our firm as a Consultant in charge of financial valuation of intangible assets and partners finding on behalf of innovative companies, research laboratories and Key Accounts.


Aurore Suzanne

Graduated of a Master 2 in Marketing at IAE of Rouen, Aurore began her career as a research analyst in banking and insurance. She collected and analyzed data mainly about Health and services offered to individuals.

She now works as a consultant in the promotion of innovation and contributes to market research and identification of partners in France and worldwide on behalf of innovative companies.


Joëlle Allouche

Joëlle who is legally trained, is in charge of financial, administrative and legal management. She is also involved in studies concerning financial valuation of intangible assets and operating rights such as licenses, etc…


Gilbert Lamory

As a consultant in SMI/SMEs’ strategy and organisation matters, Gilbert, who is set up in Picardie (north of Paris), carries out organisational missions focused on continuous improvement management.
Gilbert makes his contribution in the frame of a few missions entrusted to BRANDON VALORISATION, which consist in the accompaniment of companies in the application of a strategy based on products and new associated services innovation.
Gilbert provides also his support for the setting up of financial aids dedicated to the diversification of activities through innovation.

Dominique Delmas

A graduate in pharmacy and MBA, Dominique is involved in missions concerning health and médical devices areas.

Thanks to her strong experience as a mediator between technological innovation and health actors, Dominique provides support for some missions related to regulatory, preclinical and clinical matters.

She makes her contribution to financial due diligence of start-up, innovating SMEs and technological clusters, and to engineering missions in France and abroad, Dominique is also involved in collaborative projects entrusted to BRANDON VALORISATION.


Thierry d’Andigné

Thierry graduated from a major business school (finance and social law), training continued through an Executive Management diploma from INSEAD.

After a 30 years career in the field of cosmetics, Thierry launched its consultancy firm to support project owners and startups from the cosmetic sector in their strategic and financial development.


Pierre Goffinet

Pierre Goffinet is a Doctor of physical chemistry and a graduate of the I.A.E. NANCY.

After a career in research and innovation management in major industrial groups (P & G, Henkel, etc.), Dr. Goffinet now acts as an independent consultant. He contributed to 52 patents in applied research.

As a member of various scientific committees and expert in quality for the CIR (French research tax credit), Pierre acts as Senior Consultant within missions to support the implementation of strategies for the protection, development and exploitation of innovative projects.


Ursula Teubert

As a mechanical engineer in various areas of the industry, Ursula has been operating for 15 years in France and Germany. In 2012, she decided to complete her education with an MBA at INSEAD.  Through her expertise and in-depth knowledge of the German industrial sector, she efficiently contributes to the implementation of technological and commercial partnerships for French companies wishing to expand internationally and particularly in Germany.


Gérard Fleury

With skills acquired over the years, Gerard collaborates to missions of auditing and valuation of intangible assets entrusted most often to our firm by start-ups and other innovative companies. Alumnus of CNAM in scientific management, Gerard has a double experience: private and public. After a course in industrial organization for private companies, he joined the electronics sector of the Ministry of Industry for a period of 7 years. He then joined a hardware manufacturer to carry out its marketing of scientific and technical applications. From this experience emerged a great interest for collaborations between industry and research to support innovation. From 1993 to 2009 he successively headed the BIOCRITT then CRITT MECA in Ile-de-France. He then became an independent consultant on technology transfer and evaluation of public policies.
